Endodontics

Endodontic treatment, commonly known as root canal treatment is used to save a tooth when the inner pulp has become infected, inflamed or damaged. Rather than to remote the tooth, the affected tissue is carefully removed, allowing the natural tooth to be preserved wherever possible.
During the procedure, the root canals are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sealed to eliminate bacteria and help prevent further infection. Treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic and is designed to be as comfortable as possible, with most cases completed over one or two appointments.
Following treatment, your dentist may recommend restoring your tooth with a custom made crown to strengthen and protect the tooth.
Reviews
As a new patient who hasn't been for a while I was very nervous, but the lovely staff here put my mind at ease and the lovely dentist I saw was so nice and explained everything. I left feeling so comfortable about going back for my treatment and seeing the lovely reception staff again. Thank you for helping me overcome my fear.

I popped in the practice this morning to have an extraction. I have had two bad experiences with other practices. This practice is the best I've found as I am petrified of dental work due to the other experiences. The staff are always welcoming and very helpful, I would highly recommend this practice.

My dentist for many years now. I'm always looked after, being disabled the dentists are very helpful and work around my disability, which is excellent and very thoughtful. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful too. I would recommend this practice.
